Se informa a las personas de nacionalidad colombiana y rusa cuya circunscripción corresponda a la Sede Central de Migraciones ubicada en Av. Antártida Argentina 1355, Edificio 3 (CABA), que la renovación del Certificado de Residencia Precaria deberá realizarse de manera presencial.
Requisitos para la renovación:
- Presentarse personalmente.
- Abonar la suma de PESOS DIEZ MIL ($10.000) en caso de registrar documentación pendiente.
- Presentar pasaporte o documento de identidad válido y vigente.
- Acompañar documentación que acredite el domicilio real declarado, pudiendo ser:
- contrato de locación vigente,
- título de propiedad,
- u otro instrumento fehaciente que acredite residencia en el domicilio informado.
Se recomienda asistir con toda la documentación completa para evitar demoras en el trámite.
El plazo de validez de los nuevos certificados de la residencia precaria será de 30 días corridos.
Art. 54, Ley 25.871. (…) «La falsedad en la declaración o acreditación de domicilio, al solo fin de obtener un beneficio migratorio, conllevará la declaración de irregularidad o denegatoria de la solicitud de residencia o su cancelación, con la consecuente expulsión, conforme lo dispuesto por el inciso a) del artículo 29 y por el inciso a) del artículo 62 de la presente ley.» (…)
Important information for Colombian and Russian citizens
Colombian and Russian nationals whose jurisdiction corresponds to the Central Migration Office located at Av. Antártida Argentina 1355, Building 3 (CABA), are informed that the renewal of the Temporary Residence Certificate must be done in person.
Requirements for renewal:
- Appear in person.
- Pay the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS ($10,000) if there is any pending documentation.
- Present a valid and current passport or identity document.
- Provide documentation proving the declared actual address, which may be:
- current lease agreement,
- property title,
- or another reliable document proving residence at the stated address.
It is recommended to bring all complete documentation to avoid delays in the procedure.
The validity period of the new precarious residence certificates will be 30 calendar days.
