Paula Carello is an expert in immigration policy and legislation. She has worked in international organizations, the public sector, NGOs, academia and the private sector in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean. She is President of the Fundación Migra; President of the Institute of Immigration Law and Refugee Law of the Rosario City Bar Association (Argentina), and professor at the National University of La Plata. She currently provides technical advice to the Legal and Political Secretariat (under the office of the Deputy Prime Minister of Somalia) on issues related to the return and reintegration of Somali migrants.
